Do you offer replacement?
Yes we do offer replacement under the below mentioned conditions.
Wrong order (wrong size, colour, quantity or material related issues)
Defective product, Damaged product, or Significantly different from the description given by the merchant In case of bearings, return or exchange is not accepted once the seal or shield has been removed.
Do you accept product if the box is open?
We are not able to accept returns in following cases:
Product is used/worn or altered
Physical damage to the box or to the product
If returned without original packaging and accessories
If sealed package of branded products is open
In case of Return/Replacement, following conditions should satisfy:
Product must be in its original condition
Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
Brand packaging should be intact
Replacements will be made if product is available on website

Can I cancel my product?

Can ECOMPUSELL cancel my order?
ECOMPUSELL may also want to cancel order under following scenarios:
Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
Restriction on quantity ordered
Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
Incomplete or inaccurate address
Other Business reasons based on ECOMPUSELL Discretion
In case, customer opted for COD options, then before accepting order we require additional information from customer for verification. After verification, ECOMPUSELL can cancel order if there is any discrepancy in the information provided by customer.
